Hi Stephen, My only guess is that they're still hedging their long portfolios... they will all run for cover if/when these markets break out into new high ground..... and I expect they will do just that.....<g> it seems they're still shorting the futures for the 9.50 points premium still remaining in those December contracts... that's a safe hedge since they wouldn't have to be concerned about any market movements up or down..... of course, if/when these markets do break out into new high territory, their short covering will spark an incredible rally into year's end..... I'm looking forward.....<g> GZ
