Yep, you're right. People tend to vote their paycheck and the Rep. party is perceived by the military to be more friendly than a liberal democrat party. Add to that, the extremely unpopular Democratic rule "don't ask, don't tell" and most military will vote republican. TTT

Wildstar: Consider that a large number of Florida military servicemen stationed overseas are African-Americans. Now consider that GWB captured a whopping 3% of the African-American vote on Tuesday. Who do you think these people are going to vote for? Bush or Gore? Overseas absentees indeed could tilt the election to Gore.
