Too bad. It seems like this whole
Palm Beach County situation is not only
being misconstrued as a smart vs dumb play,
but colour is now coming come into play.

Very sad

If Republicans are so sure they won
Florida, why are they afraid of a revote
in Palm Beach County?

They know, they haven't won it.

That's what I think.

Hi Bon and Rose,

Bon, so you visited our fair city? Did you like it?

We do have a nice casino where your American dollar goes that much further <g>....

As far as the election, I am glued to the t.v., internet and radio all the time...seems the longer this goes on, the closer Gore gets to catching Bush....

They have some valid legal issues with respect to the ballots utilized and some other irregularities...it will be difficult to get a Judge to order a revote in a particular county (too much pressure for a final outcome)...but, if Gore does manage to bring catch him either through the recount or through the counting of the absentee ballots, I will be smiling from ear to ear...btw, Bush's advisor's are the most pompous self-important jerks I have seen in awhile...

Rob

P.S. Rose, how come our elections are so tame, LOL...

Bon, I say in all sincerity.

If the situation were reversed
and that 19,000 people in Palm
Beach County Florida thought they
had voted for Bush while, in effect
they had voted for Nader (or whatever)
and these votes had been miscast due
to an illegal ballot, the only democratic
thing to do would be to allow the people
in this constituency to vote again
on a legal ballot.
