Bill was confirmed as president with less of the vote than Bush, because winner- takes- all was the rule. Same here. Now, you can allege 'til the cows come home, but Florida has a right to throw out spoiled ballots, and to certify its vote. Those are the rules too. If Bush is the president, you can hold your breath until you are blue, it will not change anything.......
