In that case I would predict a turn out of 110% of eligible voters. ALL OF FL SHOULD REVOTE, NOT JUST A RECOUNT.

Scarborough also told Hannity that at least one voter in the Florida panhandle, a Republican stronghold, is planning to file a lawsuit alleging that the Republican vote there was illegally supressed. "He may file a lawsuit to get the election results overturned if Bush does not win," Scarborough said, "because he and, from what we're hearing, up to ten thousand voters in Northwest Florida walked away from the ballot box when ABC, NBC, CBS called Florida for Gore before our voting booths closed." it just gets worse and worse.

Interesting that .77% of Buchanans entire United States votes came from Palm Beach County. (3,407 votes in Palm County out of 441,163 nationwide or about 1 vote in 130). And 20% of the Buchanan Florida vote came from Palm Beach County (out of 67 counties). And this is a fairly liberal county that was overwhelmingly in favor of Gore. Certainly looks a bit odd. abcnews.go.com Buchanan Would Give Gore Votes Before the recount, the official tally had Bush leading Gore by only 1,784 votes in Florida. That margin fell within the one-half of 1 percent of the vote needed to call for a recount under Florida state law. In Palm Beach County, according to Democratic sources in Florida, more than 19,000 ballots were disqualified because they contained punches for more than one presidential candidate. Buchanan said today he suspects he received votes in Palm Beach he isn’t entitled to, and he would rather he didn’t receive them. “I don’t want to take any votes that don’t belong to me,” Buchanan told NBC News. He added, “I have to think, given the 3,000 [votes received by Buchanan there] plus the 19,000 [disqualified ballots], that Al Gore very probably won Florida and therefore won the nation and won the presidency of the United States.”
