Look, it's useless to debate PT. He doesn't have any idea as to whether the ballot was illegal. Someone posted a copy of the pertinent statute suggesting that it was not in fact illegal, a comment he should have taken seriously and researched. So what does he do? Keeps mouthing the same old BS: "The ballot was illegal, man, so the dude should not be Prez.." Let's assume that the ballot was illegal. Does this necessarily mean that the election has to be re-done? I don't know but I suspect that Florida law provides for a specific remedy which has to be exercised within a fairly strict time frame.
