"The Florida ballot canvassing - conducted under a state law guiding close elections - could be completed Thursday night, but officials must wait until at least Nov. 17 to certify the results. That's the deadline for as many as 2,000 ballots cast by Floridians living overseas to arrive in the state."

Interesting - I thought there were a LOT MORE ABSENTEES.

Yes, a bit of a stretch...my biggest concern at this stage is the hit my portfolio will take over the next few weeks as they sort through this debacle....loads of money to be made on the short side over the last couple.
