I guess confusion reins. The Secretary of State simply repeated the last certified results which were the original vote, before the recount. You are not the only one to make the mistake. CNN made the same mistake, but now corrected it. I have no idea why the Secretary of State appeared to repeat that old news. I guess a photo opportunity.
