No, but there were some reports of 80nm Leffs around (Hans de Vries) on an unspecified .13mu process. It could well be that the this is the non-SOI one, with the SOI process having Leffs down to 60nm (WAG).

When the Dresden plant came online with a reported Leff of 100nm, the Austin plant could only do 120nm (IIRC) on their .18mu process (Intel was, by all accounts, slightly above 100nm at the time).
