Wes,

I'll go back through as many posts as I can that I've read in the last few hours and see if I can find the one with the article. It really would have been a lot nicer of you if you hadn't said "do you read bad?" I know this whole thing has gotten many people very upset, but, I think we show ourselves for who we really are by the way we act in cases like this. Okay, will start looking. :) I'll come back with a post one way or the other.

Best Wishes,
Doribee

Wes,

I've been on for around 3 hours, so you can probably imagine how many posts/sites I've read. I'm still looking for the site that was given and when clicked on showed the information. It was more than this post, but, this is an example that there was discussion of it. I'll keep looking and even ask if someone else bookmarked it.

Best Wishes,
Doribee

Wes,

No law appears to have been broken. But in a country that seems to want to call itself a democracy and encourages it's citizens to vote and participate, it would seem that the possible legitimate grievances of the participating voters should be heard, not arbitrarily dismissed.

And if intelligence was a criterion for voting....I can think of a couple of fairly recently elected presidents who might have had difficulty voting for themselves.

I think your sarcasm betrays who you voted for :) and it's not real flattering.

Wes, tell us everything you know about Florida statutory law governing ballot construction and lay-out. It shouldn't take long.

There was a guest on PBS News Hour tonight who explained how the ballot in question may have failed to conform with Florida statute.
