My only immediate concern is that the votes that were cast be dealt with according to requirements laid down in our Constitution and that all parties involved deal with that process in an honorable mannner. Yes, I completely agree. We all agree that the voting process must be transparent and unbiased. Tests for significance should easily be able to show if the errors were indeed random or if they were biased to a high degree of confidence.
