The ballot issue is an after-the-fact complaint.

Both parties approved the ballot before the election.
They also tested it on older people, etc.

As far as I am concerned, the fact that the parties
approved the ballot before the election ENDS any grounds
they have to challenge it now.

It's like jury instructions in a trial. If you propose
an instruction that turns out to be confusing to the
jury and then lose, you've effectively waived that error
on appeal. This should be the same thing.
