Ticker: John, I thought the cement shoe business was an old, well-established NY industry, no? Isn't the East River the regular testing lab? LOL! Yup, it use to be....but the EPA finally put a squash to it....you know....environmental pollution reg's and all of that. The Mob has all kinds of work-arounds in the "murders-R-us" department, but when it comes to pollution of rivers and streams.....well....why do you think they've gone into the land-fill "business," eh? VIOLA! No more need for cement over-shoes. ;-) John~
