Ballots and ballot information shall be printed in a size and style of type as plain and clear as the ballot spaces reasonably permit. This is where I'd go to work. This is where the depositions will get interesting. And the fact that many people asked for another ballot once the realized the had marked the original in error and were denied...improperly and illegally denied.
