Either FoxNews or MSNBC--Rivera's Special Report. An analyst--forget the name--was commenting on what could result from possible court challenges. It was presented in the context a "will of the people" judicial correction was one of the arguments favorable to the Gore side.

By the way, I have proven that the checkbox legally must be on the right side of the candidate's name. The Palm Beach County ballot was not like that. Additionally, the order of the listing must begin with the parties which prevailed with the most votes in the previous elections. So how does Buchanon get the second punch-hole? The ballot is blatantly illegal, according to Florida election laws. I printed this earlier (see below):

" What’s more, the extremely confusing ballots they were
using were a clear violation of the state’s regulations.
Florida law specifies that ballots be constructed in such a
fashion that voters mark an “X” in the blank space to the
right of the name of the candidate of their choice. Well,
Buchanan’s name was placed to the left. How much clearer
does that need to be?"
