he (Gore) reminds me of like a really (technical) analytical thinker...Like a misplaced electrical engineer or something.....his mom made him speak in public....and he never really liked doing it....

Gore is smart -- he just wastes too much time worrying about what people think about him -- if he did not give a rip he would be ten times more effective -- seriously, the guy is smart. He just looks stupid by trying so hard to put on a face - I have rarely seen somebody look so stupid as Gore trying to look sincere and statesmanlike -- he comes across as somebody who never left home and is still in school and is desperate for approval. But when he cuts loose - watch out. Does anybody remember the time he debated big ears on the Larry King show? He moped the floor with old squeaky -- Perot. He slapped Perot silly and looked like a normal human being in the process instead of something artificial that got squeezed out of a tube.
