CB--You got into the Way Back Machine for "mau-mauing the flack catchers"...which apparently didn't work in many precincts where many people requested a second ballot and didn't get one. I guess some of those old lady election judges can be tough cookies. My guess is that if it comes to that, the Supremes will grant certiorari and that's the end of that. Which Supremes are we talking about by the way? I've heard you speculate on the likely behavior of THE SUPREME COURT in relation to this issue given the personalities, but certainly you must know the case will have to visit the FL Supremes first before the case passes GO to the federal level. Then you have to consider the fact the Rehnquist and the Supremes may not want to sing this particular tune.
