Heres where I disagree, I think the market is pricing MRVC in the mid 30's based on a trading price for LMNE of $15. Short term like days MRVC may trade more on emotion, but the market looks like it as a whole was pricing MRVC correctly over the last couple of weeks. The event of the IPO makes MRVC a sutto tracking stock to LMNE, once optical access goes IPO it will be a tracking stock for the combined entity.
