"Time will tell. I personally believe that Zicam prevents the common cold caused by ICAM-mediated rhinoviruses and I have no doubt that the studies to either back this up or completely refute this will be out eventually this cold season (despite the company release which basically should have just stated "we do not control the preventive studies and they will be out when the researchers are done with them)."
