"Why can't this country go back to the way it was intended to be ?" That's the key problem and if you read what I wrote this AM, you'd understand why I think this is a bad and dangerous thing. This is a dynamic country, not a static one. The so-called "liberal" PC is far less damaging than the Religious Right's dangerous concept that this is a "Christian Nation" and that "we" need to return to those values. This "turn back the clock to when we Christians were in charge" is more than a little dangerous.
