The Courts must interpret the law, not write new law.

This will make it hard to get a revote. Fox is reporting that Dems are already conceding in private that their case will face a very high standard that probably is not attainable. The best they may be able to hope for it raising awareness.

Either way will be under a cloud, but Gore's will be especially dark and ugly...
