I do wonder what the U.S. would say if they were monitoring an election in Mexico and discovered that in one of the provinces, many minorities had difficulty voting, that the ballot was confusing to a significant number, and that the brother of one of the candidates was the governor of that province.

They voted. They had "NO" difficulty voting. As I orginally posted, no Republican is complaining they didn't know how to vote. The ballot was created by a Democrat, it
was posted in the newspaper with instructions, yet there is this confussion? I saw it and would not have had trouble.
I understood it. Why are all these people so d@mn stupid,
they lack the ability to vote correctly? It is the school
system the Democrats help dumb down. Now, thanks to the
Democrats, these people who depend on the government cow, lack the ability to function. If these people cannot proper
fill out that ballot, they have no business in selecting the next leader of this country. No questions or complaints
were raised UNTIL that county hung in the balance.

That would be unfair to the whole nation. A second chance should apply to all people don't you think? I'm all for
fair and equal treatment of all Americans. I think the Gore
crowd would be upset over a whole nation second vote. Things
would be different.
