1sh MRVC has $26.87 LMNE stake at $12 IPO price if I am figuring correctly.

If anyone sees an error, please post. Thanks!

MRVC shares o/s = 64.306mil
LMNE shares o/s = 156mil (w/o overallotment, stock options)
MRVC will own 144mil shares LMNE post-ipo according to the prospectus

So, 144 / 64.306 = 2.239 shares LMNE per MRVC share
2.239 * $12 = $26.87

At $15, LMNE value in MRVC = $33.59

Today MRVC closed at $32.875

So, depending on how much you value MRVC's other assets (including the upcoming Optical Access IPO filed 10/00), it may well be cheaper to buy LMNE via MRVC Friday IF, REPEAT IF, you are planning on owning for long-term (at least through spin-off).

Over the short-term, who knows...
