You will find time premium will decay rapidly on your puts as we get closer to expiration.

That is why I was going to wait for a spike down and leg into a spread. What is bothering me is that the puts barely moved when the stock was taking a dive. I guess I should have studied the greeks a little more.

I will either leg into a spread or sell the puts in the next couple of days. We will see if the market cooperates.

A call credit spread sounds good, I may try that.
