Then why shouldn't Gore concede to Bush based on the vote count and the Constitution? Then he can be the hero.

You mystify me? Why on earth would Bush ever concede? He is winning FL. Unless a manual recount "uncovers" enough Gore votes to overtake him in the vote, it's a done deal, Bush is the winner. Your illegal ballot dream is just that, a dream. There will be no revote, there is no remedy for this poor people that screwed up their ballot. They will have to wait until next election and hopefully somebody can make a more straightforward ballot for them. It is all very unfortunate, but Bush's win will stand, as long as he has the most votes after the recount. Bush is on the highground here. Gore has to try to prove this illegal ballot scam. It ain't gonna happen. How can anyone not see the situation this clearly? Bush has won until Gore can prove this weakass case of his. Good night all.
