Does the P/E here seem "corrected" yet? Then, if not, why would anyone expect the correction to be over?

If we don't break out of this to the upside (and I don't see how we can without determination of a presidential winner), we won't hold support.

I think that says it all... the markets are jittery due to political factors... once the winner is determined, these markets will have seen the worst... no major economic changes are going to take place one way or the other... between Bush and Gore, I don't think these markets really care with the House and Senate so divided... for these reasons, this pull back is an ideal buying opportunity.....BWDIK
