I see no way a judge will rule them illegal and propose a remedy. I think, for once, common sense will rule the day. Again, it's unfortunate for anyone to screw up a ballot, but it happens all the time.

There is no way to predict what will happen. But anyone can see that Bush is in the catbird seat. He is currently leading in FL. Unless a judge rules that the ballots were illegal, the election is his. I still contend there is no way a revote will happen. That will open Pandora's box, I don't think we want to go there. Then we will have to have a revote in the panhandle. It would be a bloody freeforall.

It's up to Gore's side to prove this weakass case. Who knows what will happen if it does go before a judge? But, the odds are pretty good this is Bush's election.
