Let's throw out all the votes and let Nader's people vote for Gore...don't think that would be challenged. The WPB remedy would be confined to only those who voted in the general election and no one else.

I don't understand your comment about voting twice. One of the remdies available to the judge is to toss out the ballots of those persons who claim that they voted for Buchanan by mistake. This does not benefit Gore. It simply removes from the tally votes from Buchanan's totals. That's it.
