On MSNBC Buchanan said the ballot was fair and that once the recount is done that should conclude the election and indicate the winner.

"the 19000 double punched ballots" The democrats claim them. Think about it. "They're ours, we're the only ones stupid enough to muck up a ballot. Damn republicans trying to take credit again."
