I think "time misalignment error" means you are on the $10/month plan and your check for November bounced.

I've never seen the message, but could it be that you're asking (in the variables) for a chart that is impossible to draw...such as a 1 minute chart of the past year? Just a guess.

Fred, you're getting no respect at all. First Frank busts your chops with his bum check routine, and then I call you Stan. What "time misalignment" actually means is that in you account chart requests can only be handled during the hours when you are not online.

It means that the time is erroneously misaligned, as opposed to be correctly misaligned, or erroneously aligned.
