Don - yes, the election officials screwed up. Just to take the situation to a logical extreme, is there any point do you believe an electoral problem should be looked at? If 100% of ballots in a county had to be invalidated, would there be a remedy, or should the votes be thrown out?

It will be interesting to see how this plays out after all the absentee ballots are counted. Joe Lieberman evidently believes that there are a lot of overseas Jewish voters voting for his ticket. In the past, Florida absentee ballots have favored Republicans, but not overwhelmingly.
