Whether the ballot was designed by a Dem or a Repub is immaterial. As a woman pointed out tonight on one of the cable political yell-a-thon shows, the actual ballot was different than the sample ballot mailed to voters. Also, one of the poll workers said she tried to call state HQ for help/answers, but couldn't get through. Lines were always busy.

I've seen this on TV and you repeat it: 1.Truth is that the same ballot was used in 1996. What is your source? I have my sample ballot for 1996 and there were only 4 parties that fielded candidates in Florida. There was no need for a 2 page layout, and it was just the normal left side with the holes to the right.

Jim these are all fine points and I understand. But the fact remains that there is compelling evidence that the will of the voters may not have been carried out. This is the primary overriding principle of our Republic. If Bush will not assent to their being re-polled, just what exactly does this say about George Bush?
