So your position is that an intitial count, regardless of any other circumstances, should stand unchallenged. Any person who challenges that count is a bad American and has violated the Constitution's clear position that no vote should ever be contested. Please.

You have it backwards. Gore is upholding the Constitution and democracy by challenging the vote in Florida. 21,000 people were not allowed to exercise their Constitutional right to choose their President. There may have been racial bias exercised against minorities preventing them from exercising their right to vote. Significant and widespread errors have already been verified in numerous Florida precincts.

Bush is the one trying to usurp the Constitution by crowning himself the victor. He cannot simply appoint himself President and usurp the Constitution by appointing his transition team and naming his cabninet. Bush is the one who does not belong in public office. If it weren't for his father's connections Bush would be driving a Bush beer truck.
