First off who would decide the markets should be halted? Second would this even be agreed upon by those who would decide....or would it be seen as a ploy to pressure the recount process?

I do know from today's market action that the markets suffered due to the prolonged attempt to arrive at the election final results in FL., however, it maybe wise to boot the outsiders out of Fl. so they can deal with their problem as their laws require.
