Yes. If the courts say the ballots are legal and/or the voters have no right to a re-vote, then the vote should stand as is. I would not want to see this goes past that point.

There should never be second a vote taken after the results have been in. If you can't fill out a ballot and follow a simple arrow, you should still be allowed to vote. However, you cannot say that a person of of such ability or any other may vote until they get the results that either they or their masters are pleased with.
