Bush hasn't won, so who is that has beaten Gore into losing? You are assuming that Bush won and handing him the Florida EC votes. That's what Bush wants the entire country to do and it's exactly why you are wrong to say that Gore is trying to steal this election. Bush wants lots of little Steve's running around saying just those things even though nobody but Bush has declared him to be victorious. Bush should be ashamed of himself.

The popular vote is not irrelvant as it speaks to the will of the people. It is clear that can be claimed by Gore. The plurality of Americans who voted for Gore want Gore to be President, not Bush.

When Bush has more votes come back. You'll be waiting a very long time.

As a side note, you will find it advisable in the future to disbelieve most of what the GOP talking heads say on TV. They are usually wrong.
