yes! and rightly so in ibm's case. it is a clear sign of problems with earnings and future earnings. i am long ibm.

What investors should start to think about but won't have the sense to do so until it is too late is the balance sheet manipulations needed to prop up earnings per share with ridiculous perpetual stock buy backs instead of real investment
