the ballot may have been incredibly challenging to use,
but 96% of the people were able to do it correctly.
i think we need to draw the line about voting behavior some place.

non-democrats did not rig the ballot or voting in palm beach.

in such a strong democratic voting area i doubt non-democrats had much influence over how people voted and what happened at the voting booths.
