I know this is a difficult concept but try to follow it very carefully: The United States functions under the rule of law. That rule provides citizens with the right to petition the courts for a redress of grievances. That is what is happening in Florida.

So, these people in Fl, who can not stick their finger up their b*tt, who are so stupid, they can not fill out a
ballot, any child could do, have a right to petition
the courts. On what basis? For being a moron?

In fact it is how the system is designed to work.

The Democrats have set up a socialist system of free riders,
to get elected. They have accomplished this by dumbing down
the national school system, producing morons. You see this
in Fl. You have idiots electing their slave masters. And
when these morons cannot function as a human being, they
cry foul. It was in their nature and ability to have
a proper education, but they chose the life of a vegetable.
The ballots were in the newspaper. No complaints were made
until it appeared Gore might loose the election. As I have
said, no Republican had trouble casting a vote, only the
free riding Democrats.
