Just seen on bubblevision. France's BSE crisis, which everyone has known about but refused to acknowledge, has just become official. Although some British politicians and farmers will feel vindicated I fear this will hit the European union badly.

you forget...i was stopped out of my trash at a good profit...i'm not just a 'sensible bear', i'm a trader too.
interestingly, the only trash that HASN'T hit my stops are a few otc BB stocks...they went up over the past three days. go figure.

otherwise, you're of course correct...a point of maximum confidence, when NOBODY's looking down, as evidenced by the Rydex ratios, sentiment poll numbers and spoo CoT's, is when a BK is most likely. simply because there is now so much overhead supply awaiting liquidation.
