Joseph, are you aware that the sample ballot which was sent out for review didn't include the punch-holes and described, in writing, that the punch-hole would be to the right of the candidate's name? [NOTE: I've not yet heard confirmation regarding the description that the punch-hole would be to the right of the candidate's name from a second source--I heard this in one of the debates among officials last night. Anyone got the skinny on this?]
