I'd love to see the ballot review description. Someone was claiming in one of the television debates that the instructions noted the candidate's check area would be to the right of the candidate's name. I really do think the Palm Beach County ballot will be found invalid. The question then becomes: What will the court do? Will it order a new County election? A new statewide election? Will the court, which has the power to do so, make a statistical correction? Will the court outright award Florida's electoral college votes to be for Gore?
