USCourts are extremely reluctant to step in unless outright fraud

as long as the WestPalmBch ballot was approved by "proper officials" AND was published prior AND was put to public scrutiny for the purpose of challenge, the courts will allow the voting laws to handle it

THERE WILL BE NO SECOND VOTE, NEVER HAPPEN, NEVER NEVER
they will count votes submitted, or not count votes submitted
and that is about as simple as it gets
NO HUMAN INTERVENTION TO ADJUST VOTES WILL HAPPEN

the big secret of this land is that we have FOUR branches of government:
EXECUTIVE (President, Cabinet, & Administration)
LEGISLATIVE (Senate & House of Representives)
JUDICIARY (Court System)

and the ELECTION branch
it consists of State Election officials, who enforce Election laws, procedures with state assistance, and in more public instances, with assistance from federal officials... and refer to proper authorities any perceived violations to Campaign Finance laws... and advise to national authorities on Matching Funds requirements

the court system does NOT get involved when state procedures are followed
the reason is a deep desire to remove politicization of the voting process
we are well aware of the dangerous consequences when turds like Daley get involved, and when grandstanders like Jesse Jackson get involved

I expect every motion before the court to be dismissed
and quickly

the next move is Gore's

I was pleased to learn this morning that Gore and the Democrats HAVE NO NEW BEEF
e.g. a recount to the FL recount
well, we have that as well, a hand recount, which will be far more subject to error

margin of victory is now 327 before absentees factored in
that is roughly half of 1% of 1% margin of victory
