The Palm Beach County ballot violated both Florida law and instructions from the Secretary of State's office. That a warning was issued during the day of the election, and that this warning was generated and forthcoming on the basis of complaints of voters during the election, means the protest of the ballot happened in process and was not a case of after-the-fact sour grapes.
