Zeev -- one other point on the election. Voter fraud still exists in this country, but on a relatively small scale. There has been a notable increase in dead people voting recently(check the obits, give the polling people the deceased's name and address, and have at it; no picture ID required -- that'd be discriminatory), and there have been many, many aliens voting -- as in the Sanchez/Dornan Congressional election of '98. At this time, I believe these abuses yield largely votes for the Democratic party, though certainly both parties have been guilty of abuses at particular times and places in this country's history. In any case, I'm relatively sure a thorough look at this election would show Bush winning the legal popular vote slightly, though it makes almost no difference. The winner will be either Gore if the Florida recount finds him the winner there, or Bush in Congress in December if Gore fails to concede to the Florida State official results and the Democrats tie up the system with legal manuveurs.

""There is really no rush"".........true and i've allready predicted the outcome in my prior post even calling it a nonevent.........nevertheless as long as the opinion manipulators keep shouting fire....the markets will do poorly forcing people with margin accounts to sell setting off a avalanche where other timid souls that could hold or even buy..end up selling out also......so if preception wasn't reality in the first place it becomes reality when the masses react........I found it interesting when Gottfried on SI amat message board who analyzes T/A and other data quite well finally quipped something like "WHAT GOOD is the data i gather when investor sentiment governs the market"......he added that said sentiment was influenced by other then logic......so while there is no rush to pick a President......boy will the ORWELLIAN manipulators have a FIELD DAY panicing the herd!!!!!
