I don't know what the answer is. I do believe that a high percentage of voters in the west didn't vote because of an incorrect report in the east. Is that right? I'd like to know what the final tally would have been if everyone would have had the incentive to go to the polls. Who knows, POA might have been correct with Bush leading by 6 to 8 percentage points. Maybe that's the voice of the people.
