They did not! The Cook County ballots had the left column and the right column names evenly matched, not jagged with one name slightly above the other. And the punch marks were directly next to the candidates names. Again, Karl Gove refused to answer when asked if Cook County presidential ballots were printed that way. Whatta you think?
