Does anyone have an idea or statistics on the percent of ballots tossed elsewhere? I suspect it happens all across the USA. Life is not fair. You play by rules. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I am hearing of many folks all over the nation who would like to switch their vote or vote initially because they did not vote on Tuesday. Maybe we should have a "Second Chance" to vote day.
Why not let children vote? Many are much brighter than those who voted for two candidates.
