The whole idea of getting into a pullback is to get in there while there's momentum. Using the down bar that you pointed out, to me, is where momentum had already ended to some degree. When something is moving fast and with speed, that's a good time to get in, so the point where the harami/inside bar was, was a point of rest right after a big move, and we would like to be aboard that if the power can take it higher. We don't want to get on board if the power has dissipated.

I don't know if this makes any sense or not, but to me, "speed" is extremely important. Most important NOT to trade when there is no "speed".
