"My purchase was made one day later, at the open, for $76.25. Which means that I'm slightly ahead on the trade, rather than 9% behind, like you mention for the $83.125 entry point."

I bought at $78.50, but the point is, you have to measure Bob based on a strict interpretation of his instructions, otherwise it would be subjective.
